Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Outstandingsafe's 3D modeling courses, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Course Enrollment

When you enroll in our courses, you gain access to educational materials and resources. Course access is granted for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your account credentials or redistribute course materials without authorization.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of Outstandingsafe. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

User Conduct

You agree to use our courses responsibly and respectfully. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with course delivery, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Outstandingsafe provides educational content for informational purposes. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of techniques taught in our courses. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outstandingsafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. Mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or similar mediation service. The costs of mediation will be shared equally between the parties.

Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

Applicable Law

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

If you are located outside the United States, you acknowledge that these terms are governed by United States law and that you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to create a relationship of agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and Outstandingsafe.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will notify you of material changes to these terms by posting a notice on our website or by sending an email to the address associated with your account, if applicable. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
